Procure Partnerships (National Minor Works) Framework

Procure Partnerships Framework is calling for firms to bid for a new minor works framework to be used by clients across 10 regions in England and Wales.

After successfully concluding the tender process for the Procure Partnerships (National Major Works) Framework the PIN notice has now been issued to commence the procurement of our Minor Works Framework.



After successfully concluding the tender process for the Procure Partnerships (National Major Works) Framework the PIN notice has now been issued to commence the procurement of our Minor Works Framework.


Procure Partnerships Framework Director, Robbie Blackhurst, commented: “After the successful pilot of the Minor Works framework in the North West region over the past 12 months we have decided to roll out the same successful model nationally. In the North West there have been 19 individual public sector client users accessing the minor works framework within its first year, with over 50% having multiple projects. The National Minor Works Framework has been structured to allow local regional contractors the opportunity to deliver projects within the geographies that they not only operate but also live within”.


The Procure Partnerships (National Minor Works) Framework is targeting regional contractors across 10 regional lots;


· Procure North East

· Procure Yorkshire

· Procure East Midlands

· Procure East of England

· Procure West Midlands

· Procure South West

· Procure London

· Procure South East

· Procure North Wales

· Procure South Wales


The framework which will be split into two value lots of £50,000 – £1m and £1m – £4m, it will complete Procure Partnerships Framework’s offering after awarding 23 contractors a place on the Procure Partnerships National Framework a month ago.

The new Procure Partnerships (National Minor Works) Framework is accessible to all public sector bodies including – Local Authorities, NHS Trusts, Universities, Blue Light Providers. Tender documents will be issued at the end of January with the Framework going live at the end of March.

“The Procure Partnerships (National Minor Works) Framework will perfectly accompany the live Procure Partnerships (National Major Works) Framework which starts at £4m and has already been requested by a number of clients accessing the national framework. Once the minor works framework goes live in March, we will truly be able to offer our Public Sector clients a one stop shop for the procurement of contractors to deliver their construction projects from £50k to £100m+”.
