Boho X is the latest development of The Digital City, which is jointly funded by Middlesbrough Council and the Tees Valley Combined Authority. It will see the expansion of the Middlesbrough Digital Quarter, locally known as Boho – The Digital City. The Digital City has a total investment potential of £250m of commercial, residential, leisure, retail and education use.
Boho X will deliver an iconic building that provides high quality office accommodation tailored towards digital and creative companies with outstanding amenities and facilities including café space, lecture theatre and gym. It will ensure that the Digital City is the destination for emerging and expanding digital companies.
